Brighton
The Brighton brand was launched in 1991 with a single collection of belts. Although Brighton itself is only 15 years old, it is a division of Leegin Creative Leather Products, started 1966. Originally the company operated out of a warehouse, manufacturing belts; handbags; and sandals. In 1970, Leegin customer Jerry Kohl felt that he could improve the timeliness of Leegin deliveries. Working with owners Lee and Ginny, Kohl bought the company in 1972.

Over the years, Brighton has grown to become an accessories company with something for everyone. It features accessories that can be coordinated from head to toe. Each piece of Brighton is a unique and original design. The company designers travel the world in search of new leathers and inspiration for their exclusive pieces. Brighton as added handbags, small leather goods, watches, jewelry, eyewear, home accessories, footwear, and fragrances to their line.

In keeping with the Brighton philosophy, Brighton is only sold in stores that offer excellent customer service. It is sold in over 6,000 specialty stores, including here at The Clothes Gallery.
