Frustrated with the business-appropriate choices available to her, Kay Celine began designing for herself items that were sophisticated, sensual, and feminine.  Using lace, mesh, matte jersey, and cotton/Lycra blends, Celine continues to design feminine tops to accompany suited attire. 

Kay Celine designs are not overly-trendy, but posses an eternal style that keeps up with contemporary lifestyle. 

Kay Celine’s core belief is “Women are unique, but we all share a simple sensibility: we want to look good and be looked at.”  Her fashions allow just that.
